Last updated: 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kids Cuisine Santé website and meal ordering services (the “Services”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Kids Cuisine Santé prepares and serves fresh meals and snacks on site at participating schools across the Greater Toronto Area. Availability depends on whether we currently operate at your child’s school.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your child’s grade, school, allergies and dietary needs, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Orders & payment

Meals are ordered and paid for online. Pricing is arranged per school and confirmed at registration. All orders are subject to acceptance and to our serving schedule.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Subscription & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Allergies & food safety

We operate a nut-aware, certified kitchen and take allergen safety seriously. You must disclose all allergies and dietary requirements at registration. We cannot guarantee an environment entirely free of any specific allergen.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
